I won't be responsible for anyone crashing their cars if they try this.
*The setting will reset to default when you turn off the car.
*Car must be in either "OFF" or "ACC" mode, it will not work if the engine is running.
1) Turn radio on before starting engine. Press and hold the driver's side temp up and down buttons (red and blue arrows) at the same time for 10 seconds until "Eng. Mode" is displayed.
2) Press "System Settings", then press the arrow down button on the right side of the screen.
3) Set the "Vehicle Speed Lockout Status" field to "Disabled".
4) Press "Back" two times to exit Engineering Mode.
